Oil Flow Relay, also known as gas relay. 1, measuring contact resistance

With the universal meter of the resistance file, measuring the normally closed contact and the moving point resistance, the resistance should be 0; and normally open contact and dynamic point of the resistance will be infinite. So you can distinguish which is the normally closed contact, which is normally open contact.

2, measuring coil resistance

Can be used universal table R × 10Ω file measurement relay coil resistance, to determine whether the existence of the coil open phenomenon.

3, measure the pull-in voltage and pull the current

Find adjustable regulator power box ammeter, to the relay input a set of voltage, and in the power supply circuit string ammeter monitoring. Slowly increase the power supply voltage, hear the relay pull the sound, write down the pull-in voltage and pull the current. Try to be accurate, you can try several times and find the average.

4, measure whether the voltage and release current

When the relay occurs after the pull, and then gradually reduce the supply voltage, when you hear the relay re-release the sound, write down the voltage and current at this time, you can try several times to obtain the average release voltage and release current. Under normal circumstances, the relay release voltage of about 50 to 50% of the pull-in voltage, if the release voltage is too small, it can not be used normally, this will cause a threat to the stability of the circuit, the work is not reliable.
