In long-term operation, bearing wear will cause radial and axial displacement of the rotor, which is reflected by the radial air gap variation between the stator and rotor and the relative displacement of the stator and rotor. If the bearing wear of the oil pump is not detected in time and the bearing is predicted before the failure of the bearing, the bearing failure will further evolve into direct friction between the stator and the rotor. Fixed rotor friction will cause many problems such as abnormal chromatogram of transformer oil and high oil temperature. If it is not handled in time, it may cause a major accident. At present, this failure of the Y-type oil pump cannot be detected in real time, which brings certain operational risks to the transformer. Taking the locomotive transformer as an example, when the Y-type oil pump fails, it will bring safety hazards to the operation of the locomotive. The transformer oil pump has a special working environment and limited space inside the pump. It is difficult to measure the radial and axial displacement of the rotor online. On the other hand, the oil pump bearing is placed in the casing, making it difficult to perform state detection and fault discrimination from the outside. In order to further improve the reliability of the oil pump, it is urgent to solve the online detection and fault alarm of the oil pump status.
