Transformer Welding Disc Oil Pump

Product Overview

Transformer oil pump is mainly used to force transformer oil circulation in the cooling system of oil-air-cooled, oil-cooled self-cooling transformer and other special transformers. The oil pump adopts the sheet metal welding structure and has a compact structure. It is a transformer cooling equipment that integrates small, lightweight, safe operation and long life without leakage.

1.1 The pump body and motor casing of the oil pump are welded together by thin plates to achieve shock resistance, impact resistance and light weight. The number of sealing gaskets is greatly reduced in the design of the oil pump to ensure complete leakage.

1.2 The oil pump impeller and the rotor of the motor are integrated to form a rotor component. The stator and the stator of the motor are connected together to form a stator component. Since the axial air gap between the stator and the rotor is large, there is no broom phenomenon of the conventional motor, so there is a hidden danger that impurities generated by grinding enter the transformer.

1.3 The shaft, bearing, air gap adjusting pad and nut and washer for fastening constitute the mandrel part of the unit. Since the shaft is not subjected to the broom, the cantilever size is small, so the rigidity is good, the vibration is small, and the operation is stable.

Working principle

After the motor is connected to the power source, the stator of the motor generates a rotating magnetic field of the shaft surface, and the impeller rotates synchronously with the rotor. The centrifugal force of the impeller rotates to generate a pressure difference. The pump casing converts the high-speed sink flow energy discharged from the impeller into pressure to force the transformer oil from The oil pump outlet flows out to participate in the cycle cooling.

Conditions of Use

1 Ambient temperature -40 ° C ~ +50 ° C.

2 Transfer liquid: transformer oil.

3 The transformer oil inlet oil temperature is up to 95 °C and the lowest is 5 °C higher than the transformer oil freezing point.

4 The power supply is three-phase AC, rated voltage is 380V, rated frequency is 50Hz.

5 Working mode is continuous operation of S1 working system.

6 The direction of rotation of the pump is clockwise from the side of the suction flange.
