Working Principle

  As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a single rotating door 02 is installed on the front side of the cabinet of the control cabinet, and a transparent window 022 and a door lock 021 are mounted on the door, and a drawer frame 03 is installed in the cabinet 01, and both sides of the drawer frame are respectively arranged. The terminal block 11 is installed, and the control unit drawer 10, the four module unit drawers 09, the switch drawer 06, the motor protector drawer 05 and the component mounting plate 22 are sequentially installed in the drawer frame 03, and the front panel of the control unit drawer and the modular unit drawer are mounted. The module unit drawer 09 panel 21 has a normal working indicator light 16 and a fault alarm indicator light 17, a power switch 18, an automatic manual control switch 20, and a remote position with three positions of "exit", "input" and "monitor". The monitoring control switch 19 and the terminal 08 are provided; the panel of the control unit module 10 has a signal indicator 14, a RS485 communication interface 15, and a terminal 08. The upper and lower drawer layers are designed as a cable trough 07, which is compact and tidy; the mounting plate 22 is mounted on the lower part of the drawer frame, and there are two 380V AC dual power automatic conversion devices 04 and 380V AC converted to 220V. AC transformer 23, temperature and humidity controller 24.

  The control unit drawer 10 is equipped with a programmable logic controller PLC of the Siemens PLC S7-200 series for detecting and logic controlling all signals; the modular unit drawer 09 is equipped with high-power non-contact solid-state components and control protection devices.

  The switch drawer 06 and the motor protector drawer 05 are located between the component mounting plate 22 and the module unit drawer; the switch drawer 06 has two layers, each layer is equipped with two switch drawers, and each switch drawer has seven three-phase switches QF. For example, the second drawer is loaded with 2 switches of 2QF1-2QF7. The two ends of each switch are respectively connected with the output of the module unit 09 and the input end of the motor protector drawer 05. Each output of the motor protector controls one fan motor, so the intelligent control cabinet can control a total of 28 fan motors.

  The flag T in the automatic manual control switch of the fan indicates stop, S indicates manual, and Z indicates automatic. In the automatic state, the fan is put into operation according to the top oil temperature, winding temperature or load current of the transformer.

  The cabinet top 13 can be designed as a symmetrical figure-eight rain-proof shape.

  The control cabinet has high intelligence, good reliability, no noise, energy saving and excellent performance control system. It can start and stop the transformer air cooling system according to the actual set oil temperature, and can also start and stop the transformer air cooling system according to the main variable load; A partial cooler can be set to standby as needed, and the fault cooler can be automatically replaced, and remote monitoring and operation can be performed.
